Agreement: This Vendor Agreement is between Free Rein Foundation and  your business as listed above.  Whereas, Free Rein Foundation is the organizer and renter of the Holiday Boutique space located at: the Huntington Central Park Equestrian Center, 18381 Goldenwest St. Huntington Beach 92648.                           Free Rein Foundation agrees to provide the vendor space to conduct business during the Day Of the Horse Holiday Boutique community event being held on Saturday December 11th, 2021 between the hours of 11:00 am and 4:00 pm.                                  Free Rein will provide all advertisement and event promotion via banners, FaceBook ads, flyers, Next-door posts and other grass-roots outreach.                 All vendors must be set up and ready for business by 10:00am at the latest and agree to stay until the end of the event.                                                             Free Rein Foundation will receive $100, for space under the tent to promote products and/or services.  Payment must be made to Free Rein Foundation on or before December 1st. Free Rein Foundation is a 501(c)(3) and will provide a receipt for tax purposes. *
