Proposed development plan for 2 high-density residential buildings at Leslie Street & John Birchall Road
The City has received an application of a zoning change at the northeast corner of Leslie Street and John Birchall Road and I would like to hear your opinions while the application is in its early stage.

I hosted an online virtual meeting on November 18 to discuss this particular application with the neighbourhood, and 100 residents show up in the meeting and voiced out their opinion about this application.

Moving forward, there will be a Council Public Meeting on December 1st at 7:30pm. During the meeting, all Members of Council will be present to listen to the public, and planning staff will once again to present their report to the public as well.

If you want to register as a delegation on December 1st Council Public Meeting or submit written comment, please submit your request no later than 12 NOON on NOVEMBER 30.
