HAF Booking Form
Booking form for the FREE Holiday Activities and Food Programme in Cambridgeshire for children eligible for income based free school meals organised by Sport2day. Please complete one form for each child you would like to attend. *Places are limited on each day* If you are not eligible for a free place you can still book using this booking form Paid Booking Form  

Making a booking
  • Parents and carers of children in receipt of income-related FSM will receive a voucher by email and/or text containing a booking code. This will come from Hello@holidayactivities.com  on 1st March 2024
  • If your family is not eligible for income-related FSM but meets one of the other eligibility criteria, please contact HAF@cambridgeshire.gov.uk or your child’s school (as applicable) from 1st March 2024 to request a booking code (subject to eligibility).
