Registration Instructions:
ONLY use this form if your child has attended Science Club in the past 2 years! If not, you MUST complete the Saturday/Girls' Science Club 2023 Initial Intake Form.

Program Details:
  • Youth ages, elementary school aged
  • Saturday Science Club: 1st & 3rd from 12:00 to 2:00 pm 
  • Girls' Club: 2nd Saturday from 2:00 to 4:00 pm
  • Location: TBD
  • Donations to help off-set the cost of supplies can be given at https://secure.givelively.org/donate/triple-f-empowerment-inc
  • 2 to 3 STEAM education activities
  • Educational Games
  • Healthy social interaction with other children in the community
  • Safe, child-centered learning environment

Please keep in mind that payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you miss a session, you can use the payment for a future class of the equivalent value or donate it to our mission.
