This form is open for all participants of Lemonade Day.
Big T Memorial Cookoff, Friday and Saturday, September 29-30, 2023

GENERAL INFORMATION

1.  $35 booth fee will be waived for all Lemonade Day participants.

2. All Lemonade Day participants MUST have a parent/guardian on site at their booth at all times.

3.  We ask that your booth be set up and operational by than 9:00 am on Saturday morning. ALL booths and materials must be cleared off of the Fairgrounds no later than 2:00 pm on Sunday. Vendors assume all responsibility for any items left overnight. There will be police presence on the grounds at all times.

4. ALL booths will be outside, please plan accordingly.
*This is a rain or shine event; the decision to set up during light/intermittent rain will be yours.
**The Big T Memorial Staff reserves the right to shut down all activities in the event of severe weather.  

5. You will need to provide your own tables, tents, chairs, fans, displays, etc.
**All tents should be secured with stakes and/or weighted down.  

6. Spaces will be available on a first come, first served basis.

7. After unloading your vehicle, you will asked to park it in a designated area to ease the congestion of the area in which you are set up.

8. If you wish to break down your booth after Touch-A-Truck, you may do so. We want to make sure that the kids can participate in the Kid's Cookoff if they chose. Your booths may also stay up if you do not want to participate in other activities. You also have the option to close your booth and re-open it after the Kid's Cookoff. There will be plenty of potential customers all day--there will be a cornhole tournament and live music, as well as vendors and other events well into the evening Saturday night. You may close down early (after 2:00 pm), or stay late--its up to you! See the schedule below to help you make plans.
