On June 16, 2021, Confucius Institute at GROUP T – Academy will organize a special online lively cultural event on Chinese tea, namely How to Brew a Perfect Cup of Chinese Tea, delivered by Mrs. Zhang Weiyi, master of Chinese Tea. Tea is one important part of Chinese culture and daily life. Tea is a synthesis of Taoism and Zen. How to make a perfect Chinese tea is equally as important as the theory and philosophy behind the tea.
