Thank you for your interest in the equity survey focus group.

- Each focus group will be an opportunity for participants to dive deeper into sharing openly about their thoughts on race and equity in Concord and Concord-Carlisle Public Schools.

- Each focus group meeting will be facilitated by Dr. Kalise Wornum, and Dr. Carroll Blake; our two educational diversity consultants who provide schools and communities with diversity and cultural proficiency training.

- Please be advised that each focus group will allow for a maximum of 20 participants. This is by design in order for participants to feel heard.

- Please RSVP below to attend your respective focus group.
