Parent Request for Alternative Dispute Resolution Services under the COVID-19 Grant Enhancement Plan (South County Special Education Local Plan Area "SELPA")
As an effort to promote the resolution of disputes/disagreements specifically related to issues regarding the identification, evaluation, and/or placement/services of a student with a disability at the local level, the South County SELPA offers Alternative Dispute Resolution Services under the COVID-19 Grant Enhancement Plan which can be requested by parents and districts. It is our goal to preserve cooperative relationships between the parties which will benefit the student's future special education decisions.
