Westland Chamber FREE PPE Distribution Registration Form
In partnership with Wayne County, the Westland Chamber of Commerce will be distributing FREE PPE kits to Westland Chamber Members and Westland businesses. Please complete the below registration form and someone will contact you about picking up your FREE PPE kits at the Westland Chamber of Commerce.  

Kits include: Face mask, hand sanitizer and gloves. Supplies are limited!

> Please do not drop-in to get kits, you will be contacted with a date/time to pick up.
> Limited to 1 kit per business.
> Face masks must be worn inside the Westland Chamber when picking up kits.
