We know this has been a challenging year with many changes, and we are appreciative of your ongoing support and flexibility. Aligning with the state guidelines, we are planning to open Shoreline Middle School in August for full-time, in-person instruction.  

In order to build our schedule and assign teachers to classes for our students, we need to know which students are returning to Shoreline in the fall and which are opting to attend Ocean Alternative for distance learning.  

Our bell schedule, course offerings, and staffing are dependent on this information and the number of students we anticipate on campus. Space is limited at Ocean Alternative and if you are choosing distance learning you will need to complete their interest form (linked in this Google Form for those opting for Ocean Alternative).

For students planning on returning in the fall, we are using this Google Form to also gather elective choices and current proof of residence (if you have it available).    

Thank you for taking the time to complete this Google Form by Friday, April 30th.  

Please complete a separate form for EACH middle school student in 2021-2022.

Sabemos que este ha sido un año desafiante con muchos cambios y agradecemos su continuo apoyo y flexibilidad. En consonancia con las pautas estatales, estamos planeando abrir la Escuela Intermedia Shoreline en agosto para recibir instrucción en persona a tiempo completo.

Para construir nuestro horario y asignar maestros a clases para nuestros estudiantes, necesitamos saber qué estudiantes regresan a Shoreline en el otoño y cuáles optan por asistir a Ocean Alternative para el aprendizaje a distancia.

Nuestro horario de timbre, ofertas de cursos y personal dependen de esta información y de la cantidad de estudiantes que anticipamos en el campus. El espacio es limitado en Ocean Alternative y si elige el aprendizaje a distancia, deberá completar su formulario de interés (vinculado en este formulario de Google para aquellos que opten por Ocean Alternative).

Para los estudiantes que planean regresar en el otoño, estamos usando este formulario de Google para recopilar también opciones electivas y comprobante de residencia actual (si lo tiene disponible).
