Hello! This is the form to reserve table(s) at the Sterling Heights High School Spring Market Mom 2 Mom Sale. The sale takes place on Saturday, April 20th, 2024, from 8 AM to 1 PM. You must stay for the duration of the sale. Set up will be on Friday April 19th, 2024, from 6 PM to 8PM. Upon completion of this form, you will receive information regarding parking, loading, and additional sale information. Payment must be completed using the online REVTRAK LINK or by cash on the day of the event. If REVTRAK isn't working please submit payment at check-in [cash] with a copy of the SIGNED VENDOR CONTRACT on the day of the sale. The last day to submit this form is April 17th, 2024.
