Parents of those in Children's Choirs are expected to volunteer a minimum of three times each semester (Spring and Fall) in one of three areas: Rehearsals, Nursery, and/or Sundays when the Children's Choirs are singing. Please select your situation to help us understand your availability: *

If you have children who are too young to participate in Primary or Junior Choirs, what are their names and how old are they? This will help us in planning the nursery, which will be available for parents who are volunteering in Children's Choirs and who have younger children.

First Presbyterian Church requires for all adults who work with children to have a background check. If you have not already gone through this process, you will be asked to do so. (The church has a form which you will fill out.)
