Arrival time *

I will arrive during the entrance window between 6:45 pm and 8:30 pm.

I need to make special arrangements for late arrival.

We require all guests complete a rapid Covid test immediately prior to the party. How will you take your test? *

I will bring a photo of a rapid test taken no more than one hour before arriving.

I will need to purchase a $15 test from CDL and take it when I arrive. I will bring a mask and wear it until the test is complete.

Are you available to help with the event?

Please offer whatever help you can. We will contact you to arrange logistics.

I can help with set up on Saturday between 4 and 6 pm.

I can help with clean up late at night from 1:45 to 3:15 am (earns free entry and a $20 thank you gift!)
