Energy Audit
Introduction

Managing stress as a leader is, in part, about how we manage our own capacities or energy dynamics.  This brief survey serves two purposes:

  1. Creates awareness about the "capacities" that may impact your stress.
  2. Based on your results, you may identify areas that need your attention to assist in managing leader stress.

How much energy do you have available in these four capacities/energy dynamics?  This brief survey focuses on four capacities: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.  Please check the statements that are TRUE for you.  Be honest with yourself as you respond to these statements.

A copy of your responses will be emailed to you.

Consider Your Results
Any elements that you marked "TRUE" present an opportunity to increase your capacity. Consider changes or different habits you can adopt that will allow you to flip the TRUE to FALSE. In doing so, you may find your personal capacity increases.
