Education Summit 2023 for All First-Generation, African American, Latino, Asian American, Native American, and Pacific Islander Students and their Families. All are welcome to attend.

Please fill out this form in its entirety. This bus grant application form submission DOES NOT guarantee receipt of an award. This application is ONLY for consideration purposes in relation to potentially receiving an award. Please note that due to the high volume of requests received, only one bus grant per school may be considered for this application request. A minimum of 30 student attendees is also required to be eligible for bus grant consideration.

Yes, I understand that IF AWARDED, all required paperwork must be submitted to Cal State East Bay NO LATER than March 30, 2023 in order for the grant award to be processed. Any incomplete/ incorrect paperwork and any paperwork received after this date will not be processed, and the grant award will be void.
