Transform Youth Volunteer Form

Currently accepting volunteers ages 13-25. Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and present vaccination card or proof at first volunteering day. Must be local to Cincinnati area and able to regularly come to Transform in person. We prefer that volunteers plan to volunteer multiple times as it takes a bit to train and learn about different needs at Transform. Face masks are required.

Transform is in need of help with styling youth clients and helping sort donations. We want our youth clients to be supported and helped by their peers in order to have the best experience. We also want to provide a space focused on LGBTQ+ youth to connect with each other and contribute to making Transform a community space as well as a resource for clothing.
