1DayLA Serve Center Host Questionnaire
Welcome to the 1DayLA Serve Center info form. You're here because you and your organization are interested in becoming a 1DayLA Serve Center July 20-25, 2020.

What’s a Serve Center?
The hero of 1DayLA is not the team of 20,000, influencers or the government.  The hero of 1DayLA are the local organizations of LA making an impact EVERY DAY of the year.  Everything 1DayLA does starts and ends with local organization partnerships.  Each handpicked org will be assigned a serve radius 1-2 miles around their campus and become a center of service and aid through the campaign.  Each person reached during the campaign is connected back to their organization with intelligent data points and relationship history.  In the weeks following 1DayLA, Serve Centers will execute authentic followup with each person in their radius.

Ideally, each Serve Center has the following recommended, but not required amenities:
- A campus in LA county that they have possession of 7 days a week.
- Free parking spaces for more than 50 cars (Mon-Sat 9am-8pm)
- Large air-conditioned space to gather several hundred people for a meeting with sound and stage.
- A large area for meals (indoor A/C or outdoor with tent).
- Available restrooms for team members.
- Available storage for aid and supply storage.
- The organization is already administrating some level of local outreach in your community (again, not required).
- A Serve Champion: an outreach director or administrator equipped and ready to communicate with 1DayLA and execute strategies and logistics pertaining to hosting a Serve Center.
- A Team registered to serve alongside the global 1DayLA team for all 6 days from July 20-25.
