A completed candle order form and payment must be received eight weeks before Christmas to guarantee receipt of the candles in time for Christmas. If you want to order more than three fragrances/sizes then please complete another form.

Payment can be made by Cheque payable to Warriors of Hope or eTransfer to wohfinance2020@gmail.com.

Please note that this form does not calculate your total. You will need to do the math.
