We are considering Lead Mentors for our induction program to support new mentors as well as help review ILP documents in January and May. We will likely hold meetings in August and January to calibrate our expectations and our work. The stipend will be $50/hour for 40 hours of work over the course of the year. All meetings and work will be outside of your contracted time with your district.
