Parents,
The purpose of kindergarten screening is to provide an opportunity for teachers to learn your child's strengths and their needs. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, April's kindergarten screening was cancelled. However, our teachers would still like to learn a little bit about your child. It is with this in mind that our kindergarten teachers created this survey. The survey will only take a few minutes of your time.

Screening and assessment data cannot be used to determine eligibility to enter kindergarten. The only criterion for entrance into kindergarten is age eligibility. Your child MUST be 5 years old by August 1, 2020 in order to register for the 2020-2021 school year.
