Foodrunner Scheduler
Welcome to Foodrunner. Foodrunner is a group catering solution that allows for each participant to build and submit their own personalized order, including payment, on their own time for a preset batch delivery/pickup time. Our automated system handles the order entry forms, individual payment processing, cut-off time, and delivery/pickup for the day and time you select. As the organizer, you only need to submit this form and then forward the Foodrunner Order Form that we send you within 24 hours to all your participants. That's it. 

On this three-page Scheduler form, we'll guide you through the basic details we need. On the last page, you'll also have the option to cost-share with your participants and/or subscribe to the Foodrunner service as advanced organizer features. 

Foodrunner is a pilot program built through feedback we've heard from traditional catering. We'd love to hear your thoughts on the current features and any ideas you have to improve it (a box is provided at the end). Depending on response and demand through the pilot phase, we'll consider adding it as a permanent catering service.

Enter a date and time *
Requested dates must be Monday - Friday within the next 30 days and with at least 5-days advanced scheduling. This gives us time to set up your form and participants ample time to submit their orders. In rare cases, we may be at capacity on a certain date you request and we'll reach out to let you know a reschedule is necessary.

You'll need at least 10 order submissions by the cut-off time. In the event you have less than 10 participants to submit orders, we will still fulfill the order but we may exclude your location from future Foodrunner scheduling as it's meant to be a batch order program, not a small order delivery service.

Delivery: We'll come to you. Menu pricing is slightly higher than pickup and participants will have a required $1 service fee and $1 delivery fee. Third-party delivery services may be used during high volume periods. During the pilot phase, your delivery address must be within 10-miles of our store. If you are further, you are still welcome to pickup. 

Pickup: You'll come to our storefront to get it. Menu prices are 5-10% lower than delivery on most options (excludes exclusives and economy options). Only 1 person required to pickup - the individual orders will be packaged together and labeled in an easily transportable box.
