Terms of Service:
  • General

    Client must be 18 years old or older.

    Magnta has right to reject service to any request for any reason before payment

    The price can be higher of the base price due to the complexity of the character, creature, pose, theme, perspective, etc.

  • The Art's content

    • --Can Do--

    • NSFW artwork
    • Teratophilia
    • Furry
    • Any body type and gender
    • Horror
    • Soft violence
    • Monsters
    • Robots
    • Armors

    --Can't do--

    • Excess gore
    • NSFW or Nudity of Real human beings (includes: commissioners, friends, actors or any famous people in general)
    • Hyper-Realism
    • Loli, Shota, Cub and toddlers in general
    • Pregnancy (Even SFW)

    Feel free to ask before commissioning if you have any doubts.

  • Timelines and Extensions

    • The commissioned artwork should be completed within a 95 days timeframe.

    If unforeseen circumstances such as health issues, mental health issues, or emergencies beyond the artist control, this timeline may be extended. The client will be promptly informed about any such extensions.

    The artist will start working on your commission after the payment has been done.

    The artist works on commissions by payment order.

  • Artwork Revisions and Feedback

    • Progress images will be showed while the artwork is being worked on.
    A maximum of two revisions are included in the commission fee. Any further revisions beyond this limit will incur an additional cost.

    Requests for additional details and/or versions of the illustration after payment is made would be an additional cost.

    Once a progress image has been shared, the commissioner is allowed a maximum of seven days to provide feedback or approve the direction of the artwork. Failure to respond within this timeframe implies consent to proceed without further changes until the next progress preview.

    WIP pictures and previews will be a lower resolution for a speedy process.
    The final illustration delivered will be of the highest resolution available.

  • Payment Process

    • Payment Up-Front, artwork will only be started after the payment has been done.
    Only payment through Paypal.

  • Communication Channels

  • License Rights and Usage

    • Personal use license

    The purchase of the artwork with the base price, comes with a personal use license, which means no one can't generate income with the artwork. The artwork can be used by the client for non-revenue-generating activities like roleplay, social media, personal use items, and more,

    Commercial use license

    The client may request a commercial use license at any time.

    The pricing and potential royalties for this license will be subject to negotiation to determine the final terms. Once an agreement is reached, a formal contract for the commercial license rights will be created, signed by both the artist and the new license user.

    Minimum price for the commercial use license is the total price multiplied by three

    Some examples of commercial use: merch, advertisement, promotions, patreon, fansly, onlyfans, subscribestar or similar paid locked content, NFTs, and more.

    Any of my artwork used for commercial purposes without a license may come from blacklisting to legal repercussion.

    Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

    Magnta keeps the ownership and intellectual property of the artwork created.

    Magnta might use the artwork to promote their services, share on social media, work portafolio and more.
    I do not use commission artwork to sell prints or merch.
    If you want the art to be kept private, you must pay a fee.
    To transfer the full ownership and intellectual property rights of the artwork you must request and negotiate a price for the rights.


  • VAT and Invoices

    • For clients that are residents in the of the European Economic Area, a 10% VAT will be added to the total price.
    If the commission is over 400 euros, the Spanish's law requires to create an invoice.
    If you live outside Spain: Just a name is needed.
    If you are a Spain resident: DNI/NIE, full name and address is needed.


  • Refund Policy

    • If the artwork hasn't been started, and a refund is requested before the deadline date: there's a penalty, the artist will only refund 40% of the total price.

    If the deadline date has passed and the art has not been delivered and the commissioner requests a refund: only partial refund of around 85% of the total price is available (due to payment platform's fees).

    Refunds requests will be rejected once the artwork creation process has started or after the artwork has been completed and delivered.

    By proceeding with the commission, the commissioner acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms.

Static Poses, Standing softly posing, kneeling, crouching, sitting, mostly frontal and simple perspectives.

Dynamic Art
There’s movement or interaction like running, jumping, fucking, masturbating, walking on the floor like a cat, exaggerated posing, interacting another person or object, like a big sword or sex toys. might have a interesting perspectives.

Multipose
More than one pose, dynamic or simple, perspective will be kept simple as possible, all 4 or 6 fitting in one 4k pixel canvas.
