Thank you for your interest in being involved in TBA Theatre's 2022 production of Hello, Dolly! Whether you are a previous cast member or new to the show, please fill out this form for the directing team.

Some of our protocols and policies have had to be adjusted due to the Covid pandemic. Please carefully read the following:

In accordance with our mission, vision, and values, TBA seeks to create a safe, nurturing environment for artists of all ages.  To protect the health and wellness of our staff, actors, and crew during the COVID pandemic, the following protocols will be enforced:
1. All participants who are eligible to be vaccinated against Covid-19 must be vaccinated to participate.  If you are unable to be vaccinated, but are still interested in being involved, please contact us.
2. If cast, a waiver must be signed, by the first rehearsal, agreeing to stay home if sick, get tested at own expense and may be replaced in role due to actual or expected absence. This waiver will be available for your review at auditions.
3. If a cast or crew member experiences any symptoms of illness, they are to notify the stage manager or designee as soon as possible.  Symptoms will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.  
4. Symptom screening and attestation will be required at each gathering.  
5. Audiences will not be required to wear masks.
6. Masks may be worn during rehearsal and backstage, as designated by the stage manager and director. Cast and crew members are encouraged to wear masks if they start to feel ill.
7. TBA will re-evaluate these protocols when local alert levels change and based on any new guidance.

All COVID policies are subject to change based on CDC and Municipal, State and Federal guidance.
