Welcome to the NB VC Syndicate! The most commonly asked question I get about investing is how to access deal flow. I'm on a mission to make angel and venture investing accessible to the masses, and this Syndicate is how I'll do it. 

Once you are approved into the Syndicate, you will have the opportunity to view and participate in deals NB VC has an allocation in. The beauty of an SPV is that you can invest or pass as you please. NB VC Syndicate aims to collectively invest $250K-$500K into today's most sought after early-mid stage companies.

To be considered for the Syndicate you *must* qualify as an Accredited Investor. And note, deals have a $10K minimum check size. Details below- I look forward to learning more about your investing and hope to work with you soon!

Are you an Accredited Investor?

To invest with NB VC you must be an Accredited Investor and meet at least ONE of the following requirements: 
1. Has an annual income of at least $200,000, or $300,000 if combined with a spouse’s income.
2. Has a net worth of $1 million or more—either individually or together with a spouse.
3. holds a valid Series 7, 65 or 82 license
