Thank you for your interest in 2021 LA Fleet Week Exhibitor opportunities! This year's event is open to the public daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Friday, September 3rd through Monday, September 6th.

Applicants are required to participate all four days of the event (no exceptions), maintain a minimum of one staffer in their booth at all times, and provide Certificates of Liability Insurance naming the LA Fleet Week Foundation and the Port of Los Angeles as additional insureds for the dates of August 31-September 7 no later than August 1, 2021 (Note: We require the following minimum coverages: General Liability $1M, Auto Liability $1M if bringing vehicles into the exhibit area, and Workers’ Compensation insurance to cover employees staffing booths). If you do not carry insurance, you may purchase event insurance online to cover the event period.  

Once an application has been received it will be carefully reviewed. If approved, an email confirmation will be sent directly to the applicant with instructions on next steps.

All exhibits will be located in our outdoor footprint. We group exhibitors together based on the following categories:

3. Military Equipment Display & Recruitment  
4. STEM Exposition
5. Veteran Support & Services
6. Family Fun Zone (NEW in 2021!)

EXHIBIT SPACE RATES
10'x10': $1,500 - Includes 1, 8' table, 2 chairs, access to standard electricity
10'x20': $2,500 - Includes 1, 8' table, 2 chairs, access to standard electricity
20'x20': $3,500 - Includes 2, 8' tables, 4 chairs, access to standard electricity

Rate Reductions/Exceptions: 501(c)(3) non-profit/community benefit organizations will be charged 20% of our standard exhibit rates. Public service and military entities may participate at no charge.

OPTIONAL/ADD-ON ITEMS
Extra Power (in excess of standard electricity): $200 per space
Covid Compliance Officer (TBD - if required by the City of LA): $100 per space

If selected as a 2021 LA Fleet Week Exhibitor, you will be required to provide the following:

1. Full payment (where applicable) - Due within 14 days of notification of acceptance
2. Proof of Liability Insurance (COI's) - Due by August 2, 2021

DATES & HOURS
Load-In:
- Wednesday, September 1st: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm* (large exhibits only)
- Thursday, September 2nd: 9:00 am-1:00 pm* (small & medium exhibits)

Outdoor Expo:
September 3rd: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
September 4th: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
September 5th: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
September 6th: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Load-Out:
Tuesday, September 7th, 8:30 am-12:30 pm (NOTE: Where possible, exhibitors may be permitted to load-out on September 6th, one hour after event closing, when all pedestrian traffic has been safely cleared from the event footprint.)

LA Fleet Week is a family-friendly celebration. We select exhibitors that help us achieve our mission and reserve the right to request the removal of any exhibitor in the event of inappropriate content or behavior.
