Thank you for mentoring.  Please note that your role as a mentor includes shepherding your student through seminary.  The student is receiving credit for one credit hour which is equivalent to at least 10 hours spent involved in the various parts of mentoring (time engaged with mentor via live, zoom, text, emails along with reading, joint assignments etc).   IF YOU AND YOUR MENTEE ARE NOT READING AN APPROVED BOOK THE HIGHEST GRADE ACCEPTABLE FOR THE TERM IS A "C".
