Terms and Conditions *
1. Membership Term and Payment Schedule: The Member understands that this type of membership is not automatically renewed and a down payment is due before training can commence. The remaining balance will be due on or before December 30th, 2019. 2. Down Payment Fee: Upon execution of this agreement, the Member agrees to pay Precision Fitness TT the down payment for the package selected. In the event that a refund is requested, only 50% of the down payment is refundable, provided that the request is made before the end of the registration period. No refunds will be issued after the start of the cycle. 3. Waiver & Release of Liability: All exercises, including the use of weights and the use of any and all machinery, equipment, and apparatus designed for exercising shall be at the Member’s sole risk. The Member understands that the agreement to use, or the selection of exercise programs, methods and types of equipment shall be the Member’s entire responsibility, and Precision Fitness TT shall not be liable to the Member for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising due to injury to the Member’s person or property arising out of or in connection with the use by the Member of the services, facilities and premises of Precision Fitness TT. Precision Fitness TT requires that all Members obtain medical clearance before participating in any exercise class or using any exercise equipment. In the case of prior injuries, medical conditions or surgical procedures (including Caesarean section), the Member is required to obtain medical clearance from a physician or relevant specialist before registering for the programme. The Member hereby holds Precision Fitness TT, its officers, owners, agents and employees harmless from all claims which may be brought against them by the Member or on the Member’s behalf for any such injuries or claims. 4. Cancellation: If by reason of death, permanent disability or injury, that the Member is unable to continue the membership, the Member shall be relieved from the obligations of this contract. 5. Membership Responsibilities: The Member agrees to follow all the rules and instructions set out by Precision Fitness TT and its staff, including selecting one training location and time. 6. Late Payment: Precision Fitness TT allows a grace period of 5 days. Beyond this period, the Member will incur a late-payment charge of TT $100.00. 7. Default: Should the Member default on any payment obligation as stipulated in this agreement, the entire remaining balance shall be deemed due and payable upon demand. The Member agrees to pay allowable interest and all costs of collection, including but not limited to collection agency fees, court costs, and attorney fees.
