For eye tests, hip/elbow/patella/spinal scores, gene test results, etc. you need to submit formal documentation in order for us to record the information. Please send any documents to jalostustoimikunta@lappalaiskoirat.fi. For diseases diagnosed by a veterinarian we do not necessarily require documentation.
