This COVID-19 Vaccine Booster Dose Clinic are for those vaccinated with PFIZER on or before April 7, 2021.

This clinic will be held on Friday October 8th at Wilkes County Health Department starting at 8:30 am for those who received a PFIZER vaccine on or before April 7th. Please do not arrive prior to 8:30 am. We ask for your patience as we try to make this process as smooth as possible.

We ask that all recipients arrive before 11:30 am. Please bring your white vaccine card to the clinic and a copy of your insurance card.

Wilkes Health will verify that you are eligible for the booster dose. We will only call you to cancel if you do not qualify for this clinic.

Wilkes Health looks forward to seeing you Friday October 8th from 8:00 through 12:00.
