BVW Percussion Festival Registration Form
Please fill out the form below to register for the BVW Percussion Festival. Please supply as much information as you have available at this time. We will confirm instrumentation, musical selections, and equipment needs one week prior to the festival. Music Selection
If you have already selected music, please provide the selection title and composer / arranger. We will ask for a final list of selections approximately 1 week prior to the festival in order to print programs. It is fine to leave this blank if you have not yet selected music.
Instrumentation
Note that Bells, Vibes, Xylophone, Marimba, Chimes, Timpani, and Bass Drum will be provided. Performing ensembles will need to provide snare drum and all other auxiliary instruments. Please indicate the instruments required for your selection by checking all applicable boxes below. We will confirm equipment needs one week prior to the festival.
Schedule Considerations
Please indicated if you have any special requests regarding scheduling. Performances will run from 4 PM to 8 PM in 30 minute increments depending on the number of entries
