Spring '22 CS Sidekicks Student Enrollment Form
CS Sidekicks is an after-school enrichment program designed to teach students in 7th to 12th grade computer science with support from undergraduate mentors. The program aims to show students their potential in computer science and help them practice analytical problem solving.


Every Pathway in the Spring '22 Pathways Program will meet twice a week, on Monday's and Thursday's, and each session will last about one hour. The program will begin on February 21st and end April 21st (9 weeks). The CS Sidekicks Spring '22 Pathways program will encompass 4 different curriculum pathways:

1. Pathway 1: Engage in a block-based introduction to programming focusing on interactive animation + game design all using Code.org's platform -- 5:15pm to 6:15pm EST (Grades 7-9)
2. Pathway 2: Work through an exciting introduction to Python on CodeHS -- 5:15pm to 6:15pm EST (Grades 8-11)
3. Pathway 3: Develop a robust Python education through an advanced CodeHS curriculum -- 5:15pm to 6:45pm EST (Grades10-11)
4. Builder's Workshop: Open to all students who feel comfortable applying their knowledge of Python to build self-directed projects -- 5:15pm to 6:45pm EST (all students)

This form serves as a final indication that your student will be able to participate in the Spring '22 Pathways Program. You will receive confirmation once the program roster has been finalized.
