Thank a Professor
Are you grateful for a class, a learning experience, or a professor? The SCU Faculty Collaborative for Teaching Innovation would like to hear about it! You might, for example, tell us about how this professor:

  • engaged you in your learning and made it worthwhile to go to class

  • designed a learning activity or assignment that had an impact on how you thought about something

  • created a supportive and inclusive learning environment

  • inspired you to work harder, keep trying, learn more, or pursue your goals

  • Or….something else!  It’s your story, and we’re eager to hear about it.

A few things about this activity:

  1. We want to share your story with the professor (and chair or dean, and maybe post it on our website or on social media!), but we won't do any of that without your permission.
  2. You may choose to share your name/year, or remain anonymous.
  3. You may thank any professor who has impacted you - whether from this quarter or two years ago!
  4. If you want to thank more than one professor, please do!
  5. Feel free to send us photos, notes, and/or videos. We will be accepting them throughout the rest of the quarter.
