Please complete this form with your child's name and the name/s of the guardians attending the tour. There are 10 appointment slots offered each half hour. Slots that have been selected by other families will be removed and will not be available to you.  Please scroll all the way to the bottom to submit your appointment request. Carefully type your email address. You will receive an email confirmation of your selection.  A family with more than one new student only needs to schedule one appointment time.
