FEE SCALE: 

Member Fees

$75/day  For businesses/organizations wishing to set up for the ‘Beer, Wine & Cider Tent’ in order to sell beer, wine or cider items during the Summer Festival.  (Must work with NYS Department of Health and NYS Liquor Authority)

Non-Member Fees:

$120/day  For businesses/organizations wishing to set up for  the ‘Beer, Wine & Cider Tent’ in order to sell beer, wine or cider during the Summer Festival.  (Must work with NYS Department of Health and NYS Liquor Authority)

Please make checks payable to The Potsdam Chamber of Commerce.                      

I understand that the registration fee is non-refundable after July 3, 2024.

Checks will not be cashed until vendor is fully approved to participate in Summerfest(See Section1.3 in rules and regulations).

*All vendors must list the Potsdam Chamber of Commerce and the Village of Potsdam on their liability insurance. Description should state: “During the Summer Festival, July 12, 2024, the Potsdam Chamber of Commerce and the Village of Potsdam are additionally insured on above general liabilty.”
