Hello Lake Erie Athletes! Happy July! Thank you for completing the June Discussion Corner. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to learn about how we as an LSC are returning to operations and handling the COVID-19 pandemic! If this is your first discussion corner and would like to complete the April, May, and June Discussion Corners please contact us and we will be more than happy to send it to you!

July's Discussion Corner is all about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. With all of the major events taking place in the world today regarding this topic, we wanted to highlight how we as an LSC include all athletes and people within our sport. Through this Discussion Corner, we hope you are able to learn more about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and how they are involved in our sport.

If you guessed, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, you were right. Almost all LSC's, including our own, have a DEI representative to attend informative meetings and to truly embody a Lake Erie athlete. *

Do you know anything about the rules of transgender athletes competing in the sport of swimming? *
