American Rescue Plan Act                               ESSER III Needs Assessment Survey
Sam Rayburn ISD will be applying for a grant known as the American Rescue Plan Act.  We would like our stakeholders input in planning how to spend these funds.
The funds are to be spent on the following:

2. Health & Safety as related to COVID (CDC guidelines)
3. Twenty percent set-aside to address the academic impact of lost instructional time.

ESSER III Needs Assessment Survey
ESSER stands for Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief  (ESSER).  The United States Department of Education (USDOE) awarded ESSER funds to provide emergency relief funds to address the impact that COVID-19 has had, and continues to have, on elementary and secondary schools across the Nation.  As the Sam Rayburn Independent School District prepares to utilize the allocated funds, we want the input of the staff, parents/guardians, and community
