Custom Purse Order Estimate Request - Requirements and Details
The following form collects the basic information we will need to calculate your estimate for your custom purse.  It does not commit you to placing an order.  Estimates are only that, just estimates.  The estimate is valid for 30 days from the date the estimate is given.  They will be fairly close to the actual cost but can increase if there are changes in the design or the materials used.  Once all details regarding the order have been agreed upon, we require a deposit of 50% of the quoted estimate.  If you choose to cancel your order and your purse is already in progress, the deposit will be nonrefundable.  The balance will be due at the end of completion along with any changes in the cost.  No changes will be made to your order without your consent.  Your order will not be shipped until the balance is paid in full.  Generally, orders will take 4-6 weeks until completed.  Occasionally, completion times may be extended.  You will be notified if this is the case.  We will keep you informed of the progress of your order as well as send tracking information through your preferred method of contact.  If we contact you with questions about your order, please respond as soon as possible.  Delayed responses will cause your order to be delayed as well.  For questions regarding this form, how to place an order, or any other inquiries please contact Jill Wickersham at (972) 757-8568, or spurcrazydesigns@gmail.com
