Descriptions of each position can be found below their respective header.
Field Reset - FULL
Responsible for accurately and quickly resetting the field after each match. Great for younger volunteers!
Queuing - FULL
Ensures teams arrive to their matches in a timely manner.
Inspector - FULL
Conduct inspections to verify the robots comply with the rules and specifications outlined in the Game Manual. Only needed Friday morning.
Practice Field Manager - FULL
Oversee practice fields and ensure that all teams have access to practice time and proceed in an orderly fashion.
Pit Admin - FULL
Responsible for checking in volunteers and teams. Assists teams and guests by answering basic questions or is able to call for help for more advanced questions.
Judge - FULL
Evaluate student teams through interviews, Engineering Notebooks, and on the field performance.
Scorekeeper Referee - FULL
Record scores and verifies with the Head Referee as needed and with the student drivers after each match. Discus possible rule violations with the Head Referee after the match. Ensure field is reset and robots are ready for the next match (same for Skills). Prior experience preferred but not required.
Photographer - FULL
Is able to help document the event by taking photos and sharing them with the Event Partner. The volunteer is responsible for bringing their own camera to the event as they will not be provided.
