The seat will be open online, so please sign up your child through our website as soon as possible. We will contact all customers who are waiting for the same spot by e-mail at the same time, so please understand that the seat may become full again soon.

※ Please be advised that registering for the waiting list does NOT guarantee a spot for your child. We highly recommend that you apply for another session with spots currently available.
※ Some sessions are unavailable to certain English programs or grades. Please check our camp schedule and apply for a session available to your child’s English program and grade. Please note that if you apply for a session that is not available for your child, your request will be invalid and we will not let you know.
※ Our customer support will contact you only as the spots become available. We will not inform you if the seat is still fully booked.
※ If you register your child for the waiting list while having a booking for another session with us, please be aware of the cancellation policy for the camp order you have currently booked. Once you made the camp order with the session you are waiting through our website, the camp fee will be settled by credit card immediately. Please send a cancellation request via the Camp Cancellation Request Form. Your cancellation date will be the date you submit this form. Please note cancellation charge will be applied and the refund will be made excluding the cancellation charge if your original camp order falls within the cancellation policy. You can refer the cancellation policy below. Also, a handling fee of 5,000 yen per camper per session and Mirai no Mori donations will not be refundable.
※ Please note that we cannot accept any requests for session preferences if you register your child on the waiting list for multiple sessions.
※ Please understand that we cannot take any request asking us to secure more than two spots for one session at one time for your friends or your children.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation 20 to 8 days prior to camp start date: 20% of camp fees
- Cancellation 7 to 2 days prior to camp start date: 30% of camp fees
- Cancellation 1 day prior to camp start date: 40% of camp fees
- Cancellation on the camp start date before check-in time: 50% of camp fees
- Cancellation without notice or after camp check-in time: 100% of camp fees
(Camp fees consist of registration fees and camp option fees)
