The six-week programme will launch soon and we will be in touch with a consent form and a short questionnaire to get you started. Once you fill them out, you will receive login details for our mobile app where you can learn all about the programme and begin your resilience and nature-connectedness journey! To find out how you got on with the programme, we will send you a follow-up questionnaire at the end of your six-week participation.
