Custom Embroidered Wet Bag Form
THANK YOU for participating in our custom embroidered wet bag stocking of all sizes!   Please fill out a separate form for EACH bag you purchased.
This form must be filled out by Tuesday, March 26th at 9am CT!  

We have a good amount of most of the bag print options, but if we max out on any, we will pull them from the form. There are definitely a few I will be watching closely.  Fill out your forms asap so you don't miss out.  We will honor any over-sales in order of who filled out the form first.    Thank you so much and happy designing!  

Embroidery disclaimer: Minor imperfections in embroidery stitching are very normal.  You may see some stitching fall outside of the border, slight gaps between border and stitching or stitches that are not completely smooth.  There may be some puckering around the embroidery where it doesn't lay flat. Breakage of the fabric is also to be expected to some extent.  It is impossible to avoid completely when embroidering stretchy laminated fabric.  To keep your embroideries looking nice and new, use FRAY CHECK at the borders where you see any little tears in the fabric (breakage) to prevent runs.  We try to pull out any with more noticeable flaws and issue discounts for 2nds, but even what passes as first quality may not always be perfect as it is just the nature of embroidery on PUL.
