Mentor Application Form: The Jamaica Diaspora Mentorship Academy (JDMA)

Self-reflection for applicant mentors of The Jamaica Diaspora Mentorship  Academy (JDMA). If selected, volunteer mentors will be required to:

i) Sign an agreement which serves as a commitment to a one-year mentoring relationship (12 monthly one-hour progress meetings with your mentee) and outlines our mutual goals, responsibilities, and expectations. 

ii) Provide a police record. 

iii) Attend 4 quarterly collaborative mentorship training sessions. 

* Please note: Although the JDMA's advisory board will endeavour to match you as closely as possible with a mentee who corresponds to your expressed preferences, this cannot be guaranteed.
