The application deadline is May 15, at which time the selection process will begin. Applications received after this time will be considered, if there are still places available.
A $50 non-refundable application fee must be paid online by May 15. Please do not mail payment. Upon your acceptance into the workshop, please pay online to Cal Poly Humboldt. We will provide the online payment link to you.
Upon acceptance into the program, the registration fee is due in full by June 2. The Sequoia Chamber Music Workshop encourages you to wait until you are reasonably sure of attending the workshop before you pay the registration and housing fees. Once the workshop and housing fees are paid, there are no refunds.
If you must withdraw from the program due to unforeseen circumstances, you may petition for a refund. It is your responsibility to email a request and provide evidence for the reason for withdrawal. Each petition will be reviewed by Sequoia Chamber Music Workshop staff and responded to within 14 business days with a response.
