Y-Night Emergency Info Card
Parents/Guardians: All kids attending must have Emergency Card filled out and signed prior to entering.
Please submit this form online or fill one out at drop-off. 
- Drop children off at our Hope Street entrance and enter through the Game Room. 
- Adults need to pick up and sign children out at the end of the night. 
- No children will be allowed to leave without an adult. 

Y-NIGHT Policies for kids
- All in attendance are required to show respect for each other and chaperon’s (no rude remarks, swears, bullying, or aggressive behavior). 
- Please show respect for the YMCA building, property, and equipment.
- The YMCA is not responsible for any personal belongings.

Any violation of the rules will result in parents being called and loss of YMCA privileges.
The success of these nights depends on enough students showing up and the participants following these rules.
