Catholic Action Committees
Please check any committee you would like to volunteer to serve on.
Caring Committee - responsible for getting volunteers to help with food, clothing, or other items to help in an emergency or crisis for a school family.
Catholic Identity Committee - works with the school to help coordinate events such as the Living Rosary, Advent, Lenten, and May Crowning programs. Coordinates HSA booth at the Parish's annual Fall Festand Catholic Schools Week Donut Sunday.
Hospitality/Events Committees
Please check any committee you would like to volunteer to serve on.
Welcoming Committee - works with the Ambassador program to help welcome new families to the school.
Back to School Coffee/End of Year Luncheon - plans and executes events.
Teacher Appreciation Lunches - plans and executes luncheons and special treats for our teachers and staff during the school year.
Teacher Appreciation Week - plans and executes events and treats for teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week.
Volunteer and Communication Committees
Please check any committee you would like to volunteer to serve on.
Volunteer Coordinator - fill needs at the school with parent, grandparent, or parishioner volunteers.
Room Parent Committee - organize the room parent sign-up and selects the room parents for each homeroom class. Conducts orientation for room parents and coordinates the Christmas and End-of-Year Funds.
8th Grade Coordinators - plan, schedule and organize all of the 8th grade activities.
Carpool Tag Committee - assists in collecting carpool information from school families, and assigns carpool numbers and tags.
Babysitting Coordinator - coordinates babysitting with the parish nursery for parents and parent volunteers during special functions.
Ways and Means

Field Day Committee - works with the Field Day chairs and the school to assist in organizing and coordinating Field Day activities.
Lost and Found Committee - responsible for managing and maintaining the lost and found area.
School Supplies Committee - coordinates the purchase of items with St. Cecilia logos and pre-packaged school supplies for all students. Distributes the school supplies for each grade level.
Used Uniform Sale Committee - organizes and staffs the collection and re-sale of used SCCS uniforms at the Used Uniform Sales during the school year.
Read-A-Thon Committee - organizes event and prizes to event winners.
Community Enrichment Events Committees

Student Enrichment Committee - plans and organizes enrichment activities during the school year for our students.
