Please note that completing this application does not assure acceptance into the program next year; selected sites will be notified on a rolling basis as space allows. Program implementation will begin at the start of the 2021 school year with a welcome orientation and trainings. Please note that all training sessions will be virtual in the 2021-2022 school year.
