Advanced Awards (Silver Camp) Registration 2021-2022

Please complete this form to register for the Advanced Awards program at Fairhaven SLSC in 2021-2022. This includes First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation Techniques awards (part of the Silver Medallion)

At this stage, we are looking to register interest for the Advanced Award/ Silver Camp, in line with government and LSV requirements.

The camp will run between the 12th-18th of December at Anglehook camp.

Please ensure you meet the prerequisites for the Advanced Awards:
- Candidates must be at least 16 years old by the date of their assessment
- Candidates must become a financial member of Fairhaven SLSC before course commencement, and pay a course fee
- Candidates must have a current Bronze Medallion - please note if camps are permitted, requal will be offered during camp.
- Received two doses of COVID-19 vaccine by the course commencement date - required by Life Saving Victoria for participation in any lifesaving activities.

Please note, existing Fairhaven members will be prioritised, and any remaining course availability will be filled first-in, first-served. Once your spot has been finalised we will confirm via email with candidate information forms and information attached.

There are still many details to be worked out, so please be patient while we communicate with Life Saving Victoria to arrange the courses!
