Saturday, Oct 26th, 11 - 5 pm: Tabling Expo & Workshops @ Olympia Center
Saturday, Oct 26th, 7 - 8:30: Zine Reading Hosted by Hope Amico & Artnoose @ Octapas
Sunday, Oct 27th, 10 am - 12 pm: Zine Brunch @ Mixx 96 Studio
Sunday, Oct 27th, 12pm - 3pm: Letterpress Open House @ Community Print

We mostly need help on Saturday at the tabling expo @ the Olympia Center. Please check boxes for any times you might be able to help! *

Flyering before the fest

Hosting an attendee from out of town for the weekend

Saturday morning (pre-fest) 9am - 10am

Saturday morning 11am - 1pm

Saturday afternoon 1pm - 3pm

Saturday early evening 3pm - 5pm

Sunday morning (9:30am-11am)

Sunday afternoon (12pm-2pm)

Set up tables before expo (Sat @ 9am)

Take down tables after expo (Sat @ 5pm)

Help keep the coffee & snack area neat and stocked

Sit in for tablers who need a break or want to attend a workshop

Deliver zine mail to tablers

Help with the zine-making table (popular with kiddos!)

Let an attendee from out of town crash with you

Help monitor the quiet zine reading space

Help with the raffle

Take photos!

Be a helping hand at a workshop

Be a runner /transporter (must have drivers' license)

Be a general helpful person for anything last minute!
