Expectations: Participants will be expected to attend the scheduled events and meetings to maintain a high-level of responsibility and engagement within the Collaborative. 

1.     Attend at least 4 of 6 meetings each year

2.     Communicate with the facilitator if you are not able to attend and respond to meeting invites

3.     Prepare to share a research flash talk (12-15 minutes) at least one time throughout the year

4.     Engage with the presenters

5.     Collaborate with a study at authorship level at least once in two years
