CIU 20 Non-CPETracker Course Registration Form
Please complete a Non-CPETracker form for each 3-credit (90 hour) CPE course that you are planning to attend. There is a $20 fee (in addition to any registration fees) for each individual course you are requesting CIU 20 to award Act 48 hours and/or provide verification of attendance.

Your registration status is "waitlisted" until the CPE Course registration fee is received. Registration fees must be received prior to the course start date. CIU 20 will only contact you about your registration if there is an issue.

Registration deadlines are one week prior to the session date.
